“Recipes for Special Occasions”
Using a high-speed blender, blend the soy milk and carrot juice.
Then slowly add oils and as it is blending. Blend for a few minutes.
Once it is creamy, place the mixture in a bowl or mold for butter and refrigerate for 8 hours or until it is solid to use. Keep refrigerated.
