“Defeating Diabetes – Mexican Cuisine”
In large skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic, onions and peppers until tender.
Stir in cooked rice and simmer for 5 minutes, add tomato sauce and stir occasionally.
Add diced tomatoes, onion powder, cayenne pepper and sea salt. Mixed well and serve hot. Serves 6
