Sort and clean garbanzo beans and soak in 4 cups water over night. Drain and place in blender and pulse until smooth.
In a large bowl place shedded carrots, celery, onions, garlic, sea salt, lime juice, and smoked paprika: mix well.
Add parsley, old bay seasoning, seaweed, green scallion, coconut flakes. Then mix in vital wheat gluten, whole wheat pastry flour and turmeric powder; mix well.
Stir in garbanzo beans and mix in well. Using a ½ measuring cup scoop up mixture. Oil hands and shape mixture into medium size patties, place on plate until ready to cook.
Heat oil in skillet over medium place each patty and cook on each side until golden brown (about 3 minutes each side).
