“Quick & Easy Supper Meals”
Heat chickpeas on stove, bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes; drain juice and let chickpeas cool.
In a food processor add chickpeas and pulse to crumbled; set aside.
Place chickpeas in large bowl and add chopped onion, celery, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, relish and nutritional yeast; mix well.
Minced Sushi Nori full sheet and add to mixture. Stir in mayonnaise; mix well. Spread contents onto 4 slices whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato slices. Serve with tortilla chips .
