Boil 1 qt. water. Add 1 Tbsp Nettles & remove from heat. Let sit 2 minutes to remove sting.
Combine all flours in a mixing bowl.
Blend remaining ingredients except Nettle leaves until smooth. Add Nettle leaves and pulse to mix.
Add blended mixture to flours and mix well. Mixture will be wet and sticky.
Lay out foil, then parchment paper. Pour mixture onto parchment paper; spread to a rectangular shape.
Add butternut squash stuffing to center of mixture.
Roll by bringing 1 side of parchment paper over the top of stuffing then bring the other side over to cover. Twist ends to secure.
Firmly roll in foil and bake at 350°F for 1 ½ hours.

I’ve never used nor heard of Nettle tea. Does it come as leaves? thanks
