In a saucepan bring to boil ½ cup water and agar powder.  Bring to boil. Allow to thicken for 1 minute until mixture is a syrup like consistency.

Add agar mixture and remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend for 1 minute until mixture is smooth.

Pour into a saucepan and heat on medium until mixture is thickened and stretchy.

Pour into an oiled container and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
