In a large bowl combine the oats, flour and hot water. let it stand for a few minutes so the oatmeal softens.
In a separate bowl mix almond milk, molasses, agave nectar and brown sugar. Combine with oatmeal mixture.
Add remaining ingredients and mix very well, making sure to break up the chunks of oatmeal and flour. Make sure everything is well blended.
Cook on a pan at 325F or medium heat. (An electronic fry pan has the temperature gauges on it). Serve with peanut butter and applesauce.
