Preheat oven 350°F (177°C).

In a sauté pan, sauté onions in water until softened.

In a large bowl, mix the cooked onions together with the remainder of the ingredients and spoon into an oiled loaf pan.

Press down. Then using a rubber spatula, push loaf away from sides of pan.

Cook for approx. 45-50 min.
