Pour water in pot.
Add all ingredients except rolled oats. Bring to a boil.
Stir in rolled oats and cover.
Remove from heat, cover, and set aside.
When mixture is cooled, form 3-inch patties 1 ½ inch thick (form into balls).
Place on oiled baking sheet and bake on each side for 15 minutes at 350 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Enjoy with your own sauce.
Can be served with spaghetti.
