Place oats, salt, walnuts and honey in blender. Slowly pour water and soymilk around sides of mixture. Turn blender on low and blend until mixture is smooth.
Let batter set for a few minutes to thicken. Sprinkle bottom of waffle iron with a few sesame seeds. Pour batter into waffle iron and fill completely, Sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top of batter. ·
Bake until steam stops, about 10 minutes. If batter gets too thick, add more water and blend well before pouring. Makes 6.
