Ingredients

1 package Mori-nu tofu, firm
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
3 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Steps

Step 1
Place tofu and orange juice into a food processor or blender, and blend.
Step 2
Add honey and continue to process until smooth.
Step 3
Spoon over carrot cake and garnish with walnuts.
