Roast cashews and raisins in a pan and keep aside.
Bring water to boil and then add Vermicelli and Sago (Tapioca).
Once cooked, add cardamom powder and a pinch of salt.
Towards the end, add the almond creamer.
Mix cashews and raisins in the end with Payasam.
