“Cooking On A Budget”
When boiling, cook pasta according to package directions or until al dente. Strain and put aside.
In a blender or food processor, blend in your fresh basil, olive oil, cashews, maple syrup, fresh garlic cloves, onion powder, and feta.
Taste and continue adding seasonings and/or maple syrup according to taste along with some salt to taste.
Pour blended ingredients into a pan and sauté.
Mix with pasta and serve warm.
