In bowl combine liquid ingredients and add pumpkin.
In another bowl mix dry ingredients. For thicker consistency: you may add additional flour or less rice milk.
Gradually combine dry ingredients into liquid ingredients.
Lay out the wontons and add the mixture filling into the wontons, top with a few raisins in each wonton. Lightly brush edges with water.
Fold wontons diagonally, forming a triangle. Sauté mixture in water or olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
Lastly dip in your favorite vegan whip cream or dessert dipping sauce.
