“Energy Boosting Recipes for Outdoor Lovers”
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the maple syrup with the oil in a small bowl, set aside.
Using a hand blender or food processor, grind the oats, the nuts and the cooked quinoa.
Incorporate both mixes and form a dough, then add the dried cranberries.
Scoop the dough unto the baking sheet and form the cookies.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden. Let cool and serve.
