Wash the seeds well.
Keep dill separate. First put the lemon juice and water or milk in the blender.
Add the other ingredients (except the dill).
Blend well until very smooth. Add the dill to the blender and blend quickly to prevent it from turning green and changing its flavor.
Pour into a glass jar with a lid.
Serve in salads or with fresh vegetables.
