Picnic Time
Wash and clean potatoes. Cut into serving size pieces.
Place red potatoes in medium sized saucepan, cover with water. Bring water to boil, turn heat down to simmer, cover with lid, and cook until tender. Drain water and let cool.
In a large bowl add cooled red potatoes, onions, red and green peppers, celery, and sea salt. Stir in Vegenaise, mix well, and chill.
