Add onions, garlic, olive oil, walnuts, water, and yeast flakes, and salt in a large bowl and stir.
Stir in gluten flour until evenly mixed.
Put this “dough” on a baking sheet or loaf pan, spreading into a uniform thickness.
Place 3 bay leaves on the dough.
Separately mix the paprika powder, soy sauce, cumin powder and chopped parsley in 2 cups of hot water.
Mix everything and pour onto the dough that is in the pan (to soak the dough).
Put in the oven and bake at about 350 degrees. for about an hour or until the water is almost evaporated.
