Spread onto a non-stick baking sheet.
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Place roasted vegetables in a food processor with salt, cilantro and lime juice and pulse until desired consistency.
Refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes so the flavors will meld together, and salsa will cool. Serve with your favorite baked tortilla chip.
