Remove large stems from kale and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Add peppers and onions.
Place kale on top of the peppers and onions.
Cover, reduce heat and let simmer until kale is wilted.
Stir, replace lid and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Salt to taste.
