Sauté with water: onions, bell peppers, celery, plum tomatoes, collards and garlic in a skillet with any dry spices you like.
Now drain water from tofu in a separate bowl and crush the tofu.
Add crushed tofu to skillet. Then add turmeric and all ingredients except basil.
Cook on low for 5 minutes then add basil and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add additional chicken style seasoning as needed. Serve immediately.

Best tasting scrambled tofu so far! Even my husband and son, who thought they didn’t like tofu, said it tasted good.
