“Incredibly Delicious Vegan Specials”
Cook the basmati rice according to the package directions.
In a pot, over medium heat, sauté for 2 to 3 minutes garlic and onions in oil.
Add vegetables and savory seasoning, then simmer for about 5 to 7 minutes. Additional vegetable broth may be added if needed.
Add the cooked basmati rice and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes.
Taste the mixture and add salt to taste.
Serve with any protein dish of your choice.
