Mix the refried beans and the salsa. Set aside.
Put 1 Tbsp water in a no-stick skillet and add the onion and pepper.
Stir and heat over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add the taco seasoning. Stir.
Turn the heat down to medium and continue heating while you roll the tortillas.
Put about ½ c of the bean mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll.
Place the tortillas on top of the onions and peppers, folded side down, in the pan and cover the pan.
Continue cooking until heated through and the tortillas are soft, about 7 minutes.
Move burritos and pepper mixture onto a plate and serve with your favorite fresh vegetables.

I made this for my family today and one of my kids said “I wish you could make this every afternoon!” I also added some frozen corn with the re-fried beans and salsa – yummy.
