Grind soy curls in food processer. In a bowl, combine ground soy curls and hot veggie broth.
Let soak for a few minutes, then add BBQ sauce, refried beans, garlic powder, onion powder, bread crumbs, flaxseed, olive oil and quick oats. Mix well.
Scoop into muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes.
* Variation: For a loaf, form dough into a roll and roll up in COMMERCIAL grade plastic wrap, then in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. (Please note: Plastic wrap MUST be COMMERCIAL grade. If you do not have access to commercial grade plastic wrap, do not use this variation.)

You can bake in commercial grade plastic wrap, but no in the plastic wrap/cling film you can buy at the grocery store or Target.

My new go to meal. Everybody loves this. My super picky dog does too! I just bake it will n a casserole dish dish uncovered. The top gets nice and browned that way.
