“Quick & Easy Supper Meals”
Remove tofu from package and drain well between paper towels, pressing gently to remove excess liquid.
In a large bowl add soy sauce, Florida Crystals, minced garlic and ginger slices; mix well.
Place tofu on cutting board and slice into 8 square pieces and add into 8×8 square glass dish. Pour soy sauce mixture over tofu and let set for 20 minutes. When ready to cook sprinkle cornstarch over each piece of tofu, toss gently to cover each piece.
Pre-heat large electric skillet to 375°F and cook tofu on each side or until golden brown. Serve over Brown Rice & Vegetables.
