Heat oven to 350°F.

Add non stick spray to pan or small amount of vegan butter.

In a food processor add flour, sugar, vegan butter and cinnamon. Once processed mix with raisins and pecans.

Peel sweet potatoes and cut into chunks. Combine all ingredients and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
