Ingredients

1 large onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 small jalapeno diced fine
⅓ cup water
1 cup fresh or frozen corn
1 cup black beans rinsed and drained
4 cups cooked whole grain macaroni
1 ½ cup hydrated butler taco crumbles
1 cup mild salsa
2 cups cheesy sauce
1 can diced tomatoes

Steps

Step 1
In a large sauce pan add onions, garlic, jalapeno, and water. Simmer on medium heat until tender.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and mix together with spoon.
Step 3
Add to casserole dish and bake additional 15 minutes on 350°F.
Step 4
Remove and Top with additional cheesy sauce, green onions, and sliced black olives and serve hot!
