“Heidi’s Health Kitchen Favorites”
In a medium mixing bowl, combine edamame, kidney beans, garbanzos, onion and cilantro. Toss lightly.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, lime zest and salt. Mix well and drizzle over salad. Toss to combine well.
