“Picnics Made Simple”
In a sauté pan on medium heat, toast coconut until light brown. Set aside.
In mixing bowl, combine chia, coconut milk, pineapple, and sweetener.
Pour into a serving bowl or individual serving dishes.
Refrigerate for two hours. When ready to serve, top with toasted coconut and macadamia nuts.
