Cut and place all fruit, nuts, and coconut into a large bowl. Stir together to mix.

In a blender add almond flour, pears, and maple syrup. Blend until creamy smooth.

Place fruit into individual serving bowls and cover with pear sauce.

Note: Add your favorite vegan whipped cream over the pear sauce. Just a dollop!
