Add all cauliflower base ingredients into a pot or wok, bowl and cook until cauliflower is tender. About 5-10 minutes.
Blend all ingredients including a little Himalayan salt.
Add 2 Tbsp of water to skillet and sauté minced garlic and onions.
Add potatoes and 6 tbsp of water to cook and continue to add liquid until potatoes are tender.
While potatoes are cooking in the same skillet add frozen veggies, frozen veggie meat and the rest of the ingredients to season.
Stir in cauliflower base, let simmer on low-medium low 2-3 minutes.
Add mixture into casserole dish and top with puff pastry. Bake on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes.
