In a blender, blend together the spinach, garlic clove, ½ tsp cumin seeds, and 1-2 green chilies with ½ cup of water.
Put oil in a pan, when hot add mustard seeds.
When the mustard seeds start sputtering, add ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1 Tbsp. Urad dhal, and curry leaves.
Next add the green mixture and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, until the raw smell is gone.
Add the cooked rice and mix it all together along with the lime juice and salt.
