Ingredients

1 package extra-firm silken tofu, (shelf-stable preferred)
¼ cup Maple syrup or Agave
¼ cup lemon juice
1 cup Mixed Berry Compote
granola

Steps

Step 1
Place tofu, maple syrup, and lemon into blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Layer in cup with “yogurt”, 2-3 Tbsp Mixed Berry Compote, then top with granola.
