Cut Cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
Mix all ingredients, except the cilantro, in a small mixing bowl.
Add Cauliflower pieces and toss until thoroughly coated in mixture.
Sauté on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes until Cauliflower pieces turn softer and have a nice golden color.
Serve with freshly squeezed lime and cilantro, along with Coconut Chutney, over Brown Basmati Rice.
